King’s Academy Northern Parade are seeking to recruit Midday Supervisors to join our committed team. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to join our friendly team of lunchtime staff as soon as possible. The role is varied and will involve working in the lunch hall supporting children while they eat, setting up and clearing the hall. The role will also involve working on the playground, engaging in play with the children and actively engaging with the children during this unstructured time. 

The successful candidate will:

 
  • Be cheerful, flexible and approachable;

  • Have energy and enthusiasm, and be able to show initiative within the role;

  • Be a team player, able to work closely with teachers and other adults within the school to ensure the best for our pupils;

  • Be patient and have good communication skills;

 

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, term time only.

Job/Person Summary

King’s Academy Northern Parade are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to join our committed team. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to join our friendly team of staff as soon as possible. Candidates will need to have a good understanding how children learn. Experience of delivering learning intervention programs for SEN children would also be desirable. The vacancy is to support children with a range of intervention programmes and also with class based activities working. 

The successful candidate will also have a daily lunchtime duty where they will be required to supervise children on the playground or in the dining hall. 

The successful candidate will:
