We have had an absolutely cracking week in Pythons Class. We've been writing adventure stories, reading adventure stories, watching adventure stories and acting out adventure stories! We've concentrated on completing the build up for our own adventure stories, describing the scene and moving the story on through speech.

In maths, we've been getting really good at problem solving involving mass and we finished the week exploring capacity and volume - measuring, pouring, estimating and problem solving using measuring equipment.

On Wednesday we visited the Lego Education Innovation Studio at UTC and spent the afternoon looking at how to build moving objects which could be programmed and controlled via a computer. We can't wait to go back and build our own robots.

The week ended with a fantastic music lesson, where we learned to play the steel pans!
