This week in English we have been discussing what makes a good spy.  Imagining that we are spies, we have been thinking about how a spy might have tried to find out what happened to the mysterious man on ‘The Island’.  We then planned and drafted our own spy story, building up the suspense with our short sentences and exciting vocabulary.

In Maths we have been designing our own theme park.  This week we have had to work out the maintenance costs, calculate our profit margins and consider advertising expenses.  It’s been fun to consider who the customers will be and how much we will charge them to come in!

In the afternoons we started to make our cams mechanism toys and have been taking part in various other activities.  These have included crafts, art, sports and ICT.  Next week will be fun packed too!
