At King’s Academy Northern Parade, we are committed to respectful and constructive communication between parents/carers and the school. While we welcome feedback and concerns, any communication from parents/carers that is deemed to be rude, abusive, inappropriate, or disproportionate will not receive a response. Any communication that is considered disrespectful, abusive or threatening will be treated in line with our parent and carer code of conduct.



If you have followed the steps outlined above and your concern remains unresolved, you may wish to submit a formal complaint. To do so, please complete the form included in our Concerns/Complaints Policy (linked below).

Your completed complaint form should be sent via email to admin.np@kingsacademies.uk, with the subject line clearly addressed to Mrs. S. Rose (Complaints Officer).
