King's Group Academies
Throughout the School year we take part in various fundraising activities!

Some are Charity events and others are to help fundraise for the School itself. Keep a watchful eye to find out how much we have raised so far this year:

Alzheimer’s Cupcake Day

We hosted our very own Cupcake Day to raise some ‘dough’ for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Well done to everyone who took part! Also a big thank you to the staff and children who took the time to bake these delicious cakes. We would also like to thank the following companies for the cupcake cake donations: Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Raspberries & Tulips.

Tigers Children Motorcycle Display Team

On Friday 8th June 2018, the Tigers Children’s Motorcycle Display Team visited Northern Parade School as part of their Big Tiger Roar!

The ‘Tigers Big Roar’ will see the Tigers Children’s Motorcycle Display Team working in conjunction with Wave 105, to raise money for Wave 105’s ‘Cash for Kids’, by conducting motorcycle displays in 9 schools across the south coast.

WaterAid Day

Year 5 students, Gracie and Tahlia, have appealed to Mrs Wilson asking if the children can be in comfortable clothing on Thursday (5th July).

Gracie and Tahlia were thinking about children who are less fortunate than them and do not have access to water as freely as we do. We asked for a donation of £1 each. Thank you to everyone for taking part.

The GB Athletes gave an assembly to the children and talked about Healthy Living Talk, Growth Mindset Workshop and answered any questions the children had. We held a sponsored fitness circuit, which the whole school participated in.
